I continue to work with my family's company in the areas of Commercial Retail Acquisition, Residential Development, Joint Venture Financing and Operational Management. My company, Estate Source, LLC. began as a small property holdings entity that has since morphed into a residential brokerage business with one goal in mind; save our clients money! One thing that I've learned as a former television news Anchor/Reporter is how to listen to people. The Real Estate industry has changed and both buyers and sellers want more bang for their buck.
