Basic Flat Fee Listing
No matter what the cost of your home, for a one time up-front fee of just $799.00 Estate Source will list your property on the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors' (LBAR) Multiple Listing Service for 8 months. After your property sells, you owe Estate Source absolutely nothing at closing!
Split Fee Listing
Need to preserve your cash? Again, no matter what the cost of your home, for an up-front fee of just $450.00 Estate Source will list your property on the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service for 8 months. When your property sells, Estate Source collects a commission of $1,250.00 from the proceeds of the sale.
Percentage Listing
With this option homesellers pay nothing up front as all commissions are paid at closing. Depending upon the sale price of your home and the services you require, Estate Source will tailor a service package that fits both your needs and your pocketbook. Our Percentage Commission is always negotiable but typically 4.5% of the gross sales price. (1.5% to Estate Source & 3% to the Buyer's Agent.)
